BIBA 2022 Conference
Formed in 1977, BIBA has a reputation for showcasing influential and inspiring business speakers during its conference. It also presents a much-needed opportunity to touch base with prospective customers face to face, having been denied the chance to do so for almost 2 years courtesy of Covid-19. Steven Hedges
Having been with the company since 1997, Steven says he is “extremely proud of being part of the company’s growth over the last two decades” As Head of Department/Operations Manager, Steven oversees the teams who manage insurance policies throughout their lifecycles making sure they provide the very best level of service.
Steven expands, “You cannot stay with a company for this amount of time without being extremely fond of both the colleagues I work with and the philosophies the company stands for.” His hobbies include outdoor activities like camping, looking after his two beloved border collies, and being a confessed AFOL (Adult fan of Lego).
