Our specialist home and motor insurance partner Haven Insurance has won a long-standing legal claim that lasted five years. The claimant pursued a claim after being involved in a motorcycle accident in High Holborn, London on 3rd May 2016. This involved a £20,000 claim dispute for personal injury, credit hire and storage.
Haven engaged law firm Flint Bishop, to investigate after becoming suspicious of the claim. After that, it was identified that the claimant was the director of BR Motor Services. This is the same company that he had invoiced following the accident for recovery and storage. In addition, there were other claims made by the claimant.
